    I have spent my whole adult life trying to figure out how anybody could actually enjoy and look forward to working out. I first watched Patrick’s Amazing Ball Choreography on the excercise on demand channel while sitting very comfortably on my couch. Clearly I wasn’t ready to dive in but it looked like fun so I recorded it on my DVR. After a month…or three, and 3-5 pounds later I decided to get my ball out of storage and give it a shot. It was very hard, but for some reason I really enjoyed it and I have been doing it atleast 3 times a week since then. It’s the perfect mix of fun and hard work. I have truly started to look forward to and enjoy working out. Good work Patrick. You’ve just performed a miracle!!!

    This is a refreshing workout! It takes a few times to get it, but it’s well worth it :) I enjoyed it, and taught some of it to my class! Be careful, and have lots of room available. He has a great smile and personality! Worth the purchase!

    I have had a heart attack and am trying to get my stamina and health in good shape. Patrick Goudeau’s workout is well paced and effective. Patrick has a very pleasant delivery and I do recommend this for getting in shape regardless of your current condition. I started out being pretty conservative/slower than the workout, but have progressed and keep up pretty well at this point.

    Cardio ball workouts are hard to come by, and this is a real gem! Patrick is an instructor who is fun, charming, and puts together a workout that you look forward to doing again and again! It feelsl like you;re working out with a good buddy. I use choreography from this DVD in workouts I teach to middle school and high school kids to help get them excited about fitness in general. You’ll have a great time and get fit! Music is good. There is a warm up, 3 cardio sections, and a cooldown. Finish off with some great toning using the ball. Very easy to break up if you don’t have a full hour to work out. I’ve done Patrick’s other 2 cardio balls workouts, and my opinion is that this is the best of a VERY good bunch!
